End User License Agreement

License Grant

Sauce Audio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or professional music production, subject to the following conditions:
You may install the Software on up to two (2) devices that you personally own, unless additional installations are explicitly permitted.
The license is for your use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Restrictions on Use

You may not:
Copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the Software.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Use the Software to create derivative works.
Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to code, design, logos, and trademarks, remain the sole property of Sauce Audio. The license grants use rights only and does not transfer any ownership rights.

No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Sauce Audio does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauce Audio shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions caused by the Software.
Any incompatibilities with third-party software or hardware.
Sauce Audio’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

License Termination

Your license may be terminated immediately if:
You violate any terms of this EULA.
You attempt to distribute or resell the Software without authorization.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software from your devices.
