Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sauce Audio! By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using AirLift, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Sauce Audio (the company). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not download, install, or use AirLift.
License Agreement
AirLift is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the AirLift plugin for personal or professional music production purposes. This license allows you to install the plugin on up to two devices that you own, unless additional installations are explicitly permitted.
Restrictions on Use:
You may not share, resell, rent, or sublicense the plugin.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of AirLift is strictly prohibited.
You may not modify the plugin or use it to create derivative works.
AirLift must not be used for any illegal, defamatory, or unauthorized purposes.
Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in AirLift, including but not limited to the software, branding, logos, and all associated intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Sauce Audio. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership of the software or any of its components.
Updates and Support
We may release updates to enhance AirLift’s functionality, fix bugs, or improve compatibility with new systems. These updates are included in your purchase and can be downloaded from our website.
If you encounter issues, our support team is available to assist you. Support inquiries can be submitted through our official website or by emailing support@sauceaudio.com.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of AirLift, all sales are final. We encourage you to use the free trial version available on our website to test compatibility and performance before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
System Requirements
AirLift requires a compatible digital audio workstation (DAW) and operating system. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements before purchasing. Sauce Audio is not liable for incompatibilities or performance issues caused by inadequate hardware or software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AirLift is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to ensure that the software functions as intended, we do not guarantee that AirLift will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
Sauce Audio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sauce Audio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AirLift.
